Bio
David A. Drewke-Cabrita (b. 1997) is a Freelance Classical Composer operating out of North Georgia. Growing up at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, David has always found inspiration in the beauty of nature. Be it the beauty of the Appalacians or the cosmos he is drawn to the story told in that beauty. It is those stories which he works to convey through sound. David received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition from the University of North Georgia, and a Master of Music in Composition from Middle Tennessee State University. During his time at UNG and MTSU he studied under Paul West Osterfield, Lee G. Barrow, and David R. Peoples. David is a member of ASCAP as well as NACUSA’s Mid-South Chapter.
